Another update on the house

So the target date for the final walk-thru is Sept 3rd! Wow - moving right along. So the trim is all painted - the stair handrail stained & second coat of paint is on the walls. The driveway & sidewalk is all graded with forms in place. We keep sneaking in to get pics - here are some from today!

Hey - I went to the house after work - things are moving right along & closing is expected for Sept 3rd! Wow!

So drywall taping & mudding is underway & the siding is up in the back & progressing around the house. Plus the porch was poured & setting up!

Catching up on posts....

OK - I'm a little behind ~ 1 week - so let me get you all caught up. We are officially out of Wilson Ave & living on Sherwood Ave at Garth's house. We're all adjusting well - even Garth. The man is a saint!

The house progresses - drywall is all up, brick is done - taping & mudding is scheduled to be done by Aug 7th.

House Update 7-10 thru 7-17

More progress... We have the pre-drywall mtg this Thursday. Electrical & Hvac runs are all in. Basement floor has been poured. Garage door was installed!

Home progress...

Yes - I am way behind - so let me get everyone up to date:

1) We are building a home in Twinsburg
2) We put our home on the market - and sold it in 1 week
3) We are packing as we have to be out of our house by July 31st
4) Our new home is progressing nicely - should be done the beginning of Sept

I made it!

After a lovely trip - with quite frankly - few delays. I made to the UK in the middle of a snow storm. I'm running on fumes right now (took the red eye)& the work day is just about over. I made it to Samantha's Piano Recital at school before I left & will post the pictures (& hopefully video) up shortly.
