Another update on the house

So the target date for the final walk-thru is Sept 3rd! Wow - moving right along. So the trim is all painted - the stair handrail stained & second coat of paint is on the walls. The driveway & sidewalk is all graded with forms in place. We keep sneaking in to get pics - here are some from today!

Home Update 8-05-2009

Hey - I went to the house after work - things are moving right along & closing is expected for Sept 3rd! Wow!

So drywall taping & mudding is underway & the siding is up in the back & progressing around the house. Plus the porch was poured & setting up!

Catching up on posts....

OK - I'm a little behind ~ 1 week - so let me get you all caught up. We are officially out of Wilson Ave & living on Sherwood Ave at Garth's house. We're all adjusting well - even Garth. The man is a saint!

The house progresses - drywall is all up, brick is done - taping & mudding is scheduled to be done by Aug 7th.
